Welcome to the Lake Wylie Laser Fleet. We are based at Catawba Yacht Club, on Lake Wylie. Our facility is very convenient as it is located in South Charlotte. And, you need not be a member of CYC to race in any of our Series Races. With a one time race fee, you can compete for the same trophies as our members. How cool is that?
Over the past two years, our fleet has grown quite rapidly. And, we are still growing. There are a number of sailors that have moved into the Charlotte Region that are beginning to show their faces around the club.
Our fleet has become very active in the past year. We travel to other events all around the Carolinas.
