You must checkout the CYC Whaler for use in Club functions from John Zinkievich. If you have not checked out the boat for use during the past 12 months, you must go through a checkout procedure shown below with John Zinkievich prior to using the boat. Checkout Checklist - Safety equipment and use - Docking and undocking - Engine startup, operation and shutdown - Refueling - Reporting problems - Future scheduling of use The Whaler is a necessary part of the sailing and rowing programs. CYC members are encouraged to abide by the posted operations instructions to ensure a long, repair-ree life for this asset. |
